Took me quite awhile to understand why I had to deal with "Read Events" and be limited to I think it was 5 or something. I had just switched to fox in that 2.x version and thought I went a hundred miles backwards in functionality. I was quite thankful for 3.0 in spite of it's problems. Oh, I sure don't want to go back to those days. We have it really good now with VS and Dot Net.

Yes it may have problems but I don't know any developer tool that doesn't have any. I am saying it was not something that deserved to be called horrendous (looked up the meaning:) Yes any foxpro developer at that time should be thankful. VS 1.x was no better after many many years later.
