Sorry, but I think that is a big cop out. Drag Drop editing of text is a very old concept and should be there in any half decent editor. In VS2008 you have it. Exppression has been touted as the "preferred" XAML editor for WPF yet as Mike has found out, it does not have even support this form of editing of the XAML code.
Version 3 is not infancy in any case. It is the 3rd version. And it should have had this even in the first version.
I know there are work-arounds, there always are. But that is no excuse.
Somehow explaining away shortcomings of essential functionality is not a solution in my eyes. Like being unable to design a class visually in
VISUAL Studio . Yes you can do it in code but then where is WYSIWYG in this?

I found that I am 'designing' in VS pure in code (blindly w/o a visual appearance till I run it). That is like going back when I used to write Machine code in Assembly.
