I have been assigned a project to Track the technical support requests.
I would like my Visual Foxpro application to access this information so everytime a users send a mail request via Groupwise, either my application get notify or my application will pick it up ( if the message is saved as a .txt file ) and handle the mail information. ( ex. date, from, subject, message )

does anybody knows if this can be done.?
