Anything can be done - given enough time and budget!

Seriously, though - you could simply set up an email alias that forwards all messages to your techs and a newly defined email address for your application at the same time. If you have MHS running, you could just define your application's email address as an MHS address, and then pull the messages out of the mhs directory for processing by your application. If you don't have MHS available, I guess you'd have to have your app check for it's email every once in awhile.

There's a book called 'NetWork Programming in FoxPro' that may be a little out of date but so is MHS - so most of the trick still work fine with MHS. I think you'll have to find another source for non-MHS code.

I haven't done any work with groupwise yet, but I presume you could create a form with various fields for all the data you want to collect. We'll be switching over in a few weeks - so I'll know more then.

( ex. date, from, subject, message )
