That's a good reason. What you should do is pay attention to the namespaces you need to add to do different things because they'll be the same ones for C#. When learning .Net, learning the namespaces is a big part of the battle.

Now, I have always had an ill feeling when I've gotten near VB or even heard it spoken, but I'll hold my nose and learn anyway. (I am being a little facetious here.)
