I have been running three monitors (19" LCD) for almost 4 years now. I recently purchased a 24" HD monitor to replace one of my old LCDs. I now have a problem that my video card will not support more the 1280 by 1024 resolution using three monitors. My new monitor looks terrible at that resolution. My current computer has built in video, NVIDIA GeForce 8300 that does what I want with two monitors. I read on the net about adding two video cards but I can't find if I can add a card with build in video. My old video card seems to disable the built in video so that will not work. But I could purchase a second cheaper card if it would work. All I need to do is display video on one 19" analog LCD monitor. I am currently running XP but I am in the process of moving to windows 7. In fact I had started the process by adding another hard drive and installing windows 7 on it but the drive died today <s>.
