It either means that Interpol is no longer subject to the 4th Amendment Search and Seizure while the FBI, CIA, etc are when inside the U.S. or they once were not and now are. That is the part that is confusing to me still.

I suspect that the same probably holds true of certain U.S. organizations as well (maybe reciprocity?) in some countries... The difference between it and the Halibut organization is that Interpol has police powers. I think the implications to that are pretty clear. If it is not for reciprocity, then it is indeed scary. Or Hopefully someone will clarify this even more. 12525 specifically restricted Interpol from being exempt from S&S but that restriction has now been removed or is it vice versa???
