I am trying to print a multi-page invoice. I want the first page to draw paper from the top tray (pre-printed form) of my printer and all successive pages to draw from the bottom tray (standard white).

Is there a way to send a command to the printer, from the report writer, instructing it to switch trays 'mid-stream'?
