I believe you'll need to set up "Two Printers", two queues. One designed to hit the top tray, the other to hit the bottom tray. Then print the first page to the printer for the top tray. Then print pages 2-N to the printer for the Bottom tray. You can control which page prints with the command
REPORT FORM myReport NOCONSOLE TO PRINTER RANGE nStartPage TO nStopPage
We do this under NT, I'm sure it's similar for Novel or whatever....
