Hi Rick,

It's worth every penny. Not only do you get everything that's already been mentioned, but upgrades several weeks before they're generally available (I got VS 6.0 in early August). Plus you get the betas, and more documentation than you'll know what to do with< s >. Also you get a 10 SQL server, etc.
