My company is using a FoxPro 2.6 time reporting system with an ODBC connection to a Windows NT Server. The problem we are having is that the ODBC connection appears to be a bottle neck that makes response times incredibly long with the 500 users that we are trying to support. I would like your recommendation on how response times can be reduced to a reasonable level using the ODBC connection, or will reverting to accessing native FoxPro tables speed response times. What are the pros and cons.
