I've had tons of problems with the Setup Wizard. I haven't tried the VFP 6.0 wizard, but there have been many threads here about it, so I suspect it's more of the same. I would advise using a third party product. InstallShield has a good rep. I've found Setup Specialist to be quite good. It's cheap and pretty easy to use. http://www.setupspecialist.com/
