I beat my head against this one and could not come up with a solution that guaranteed success. It sounds like the big problem here is that there can be more than one problem/action per memo field(s). This may be a design flaw insofar that you may want to move problems, actions requested, and actions completed to child tables with some sort of description field that you could move to a combobox so....the user selects a problem and the editboxes are refreshed with that specific problem and actions.

I see no other consistent way of doing this.
