Hi,

I have 2 Gmail accounts which I use with my Outlook 2003, no problem. These accounts are set in my Outlook as POP account with SMTP outgoing server (pop.gmail.com and smtp.gmail.com).

I created a new Gmail account a couple of weeks ago. I just tried to add this account to my Outlook but no matter what I do it doesn't work. I went to Gmail and saw the help on setting the account. The help suggest to set up IMAP account, which I did but still it does not work.

Should I be still trying to use POP (pop.gmail.com) and SMTP (smtp.gmail.com) in my Outlook or imap.gmail.com?

TIA.

UPDATE. I was able to create an IMAP account in my Outlook and messages sent to Gmail account do go to Outlook. The only thing is that Outlook created a box called "imap.gmail.com" and the messages go there instead of Inbox. Is it possible to change the setting that the messages sent to the IMAP account would go to Inbox?
