So, you are saying the funeral I attended today could have been prevented if we legalized heroin for teenagers? I don't think so. Executing drug dealers might be a good place to start. You see, we don't really have a war on drugs, we don't even have a skirmish. If we were serious, we would defoliate several south american countries, including mexico, and several in the middle east too.
