I just finished working with Menachem and some other folks on the revision of the Using VFP 5.0 book to VFP 6.0. You arenm't kidding with your comments. The stuff I worked on was abysmal in the 5.0 book and had to be essentially rewritten completely. I know Menachem found the same thing in his chapters.

A funny story though. During the writing (I did the data chapters) I was able to keep the figures the same. The acquisition editor called me one day and asked me to please review the images carefully. I said I did not have the images and that the dialogs shown had not changed in 6.0 from 5.0.

She said, well I thought you had a copy of the 5.0 book. My response, before I thought, was "Why would I buy that book?"
