Thanks Bob.
This app was a bubblegum coupla forms and a report. The thing that got me was that the first time I built the distribution I didn't do anything special and the setup ran on the customers PC just fine but when I ran the app I got an OLE error(which I was totally unfamiliar with). I thought the error was because of the Calendarx control I have on one of the forms so I went back to the setup and checked the box(in step 2) under application components ActiveX controls and on the next form I checked Calendar Control 8.0. This appears to be what caused the problem because I went back and unchecked the ActiveX controls option and the subsequent setup installed flawlessly.

Hope this helps somebody figure the problem out.
