If there is ever a time that everyone is out of the program, such as at night, you could pack it then. We have a system that automatically packs once a month, as soon as it is possible (when last person exits).
>I have a new program where memo fields are over written many times during the day. I just realized that the memo files became huge and I assume that is because i am updating the memo field with new data every time the program runs it's process. I can pack the table and that fixes the problem but since it is a multiuser program I can't just do a pack every time someone runs the process.
