That would be terrific. But do you think they don't try? Microsoft puts uncountable effort into quality control and I believe they are doing the best they can. Visual Studio is an almost unimaginably complex product. I am sure some of the apps I have written are still running with bugs, and they are fractions of a percentage point as complex.
