Hi Everyone -

Recently, I compiled my working application into VFP6 from VFP5.

In testing (on a P166 64M RAM - new HW is NOT an option at this point), I notice some things seem slower.... especially the speed in which I can type in text fields, the speed I can tab from one control to the next and the time it takes to load a form. Is VFP6 really slower than VFP5?!? My tables are small (maybe 1000 recs on the high side), and I'm not doing anything too fancy.

The other weirdness is with my combo boxes. In VFP 6, alot of times when I use the mouse to pick an item from a combo box, it not only selects the item I clicked on, but also sets focus to the control that is sitting BEHIND the choice I picked in my dropped down combo.

Any ideas??
