Thank you for your prompt reply. I was hoping for a solution that would approach my current scenario of inserting into, deleting from or editing a table and then viewing the data through a grid populated by the cursor created in the select statement. Perhaps, something along the lines of the proper use of the "flush in alias' command (which doesn't seem to have any effect in my scenario).
