We do not want to affect the support area interface from the outside. This may create unpredicted results, such as overwriting the actual reading of new messages, as I mentioned in the other message. The support area is an application and it should have one entry point only. There is a lot of things that gets loaded as this should be under the control of the user at the login prompt only.
