Sounds like it's still infected with something.

If you haven't tried it already, a few of my clients have been saved by the freely downloadable Malwarebytes' AntiMalware (MBAM): http://download.cnet.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html

Some infected systems recognize it and won't let it run, in that case you can rename the setup file once downloaded or copied to the infected computer, run the setup, then rename the main MBAM .EXE file, then run that to get around the malware's recognition.

Other things to try:

- Boot the computer in Safe mode (press the F8 key periodically while the computer boots, then select Safe Mode from the boot menu. Safe Mode prevents various services etc. from starting, it may prevent some malware from starting as well, in which case regular copying via Windows Explorer might work

- If the malware has infected explorer.exe (Windows' UI as well as file manager), you could try getting around that by copying using a CMD window (i.e. "DOS" box) and commands such as COPY and XCOPY

- Yet another thing to try would be to boot as with Safe Mode above, but select "Safe Mode - command prompt only" which will prevent the UI loading. Try the "DOS" copy commands as above
