I remember a story (from here?) of someone ordering two Dells - one for himself, one for his wife. There wouldn't be anyone home when his was scheduled to arrive, so he had it sent to his name at the office address; wife's came at a different time at the home address. And guess what - they got issues both, and had to call support, and he got a support number in the US, while the wife's got to India. Because the customers were complaining, and Dell decided to placate them. Well, the ones they really care about, that is, the businesses.

This was a number of years ago, and I'm not sure that delivery at the office would still mean you get categorized as business. But it may be worth a try.
