Not sure this is totally on-topic, but I am thinking/hoping that someone will have some feedback on this nevertheless. The short story is that I am involved with a small (400 member) non-profit club who currently tracks annual membership renewal, etc. using desktop apps like Excel and Access. We'd like to move to a web-based solution that provides features such as the following.
- Integration with our existing website, which is hosted on a shared, Microsoft server.
- Allow for new members to join and existing members to renew their membership.
- Paypal support for memberships and membership renewals
- Automatic emails to members when their membership is about to expire
- The usual, member (user) driven name, address, etc. maintenance.
- etc.
Additionally, we always seem to have a project or two that requires much of the information maintained in our membership database, so easy access to the membership data for querying and/or extracting to other formats is needed.
I know the above is general, and feel free to ask questions. That said, I didn't want to bore anyone with countless details.
Since we are non-profit (and small) free or very low cost solutions are preferable.
Any ideas or recommendations are greatly appreciated.
