I think they should give it to the guy. If it was a no-hitter that's one thing - but a perfect game? coooome ON!
As for video replay in baseball - only problem I see with that is that baseball games are pretty long as it is - toss a dozen replays in every game and they will last till midnight every time. Perhaps each time allowed 1 or 2 request for video replay per game or something....
