Well, I don't have an iPad, yet. I'll be meeting Randy Brown for lunch tomorrow, and he will be bringing his iPad to show me a bunch of cool apps he has on it. :)

BTW, I was at the NETDA user group Monday night (http://dotneda.org), and you may know that I'm the president of the group and the speaker coordinator board member is Robert Green. We meet at the Microsoft building 41 cafeteria meeting room, next to bld 41 where most of the Visual Studio team works. Robert and I were talking outside the meeting room at about 8:00pm during the meeting discussing a training class he is hosting in Seattle next month on Silverlight, when the cafeteria door opened and Calvin Hsia walked in right next us with his bike after a bike ride, then asked us "What are you guys doing here?" He has attended a few user group meetings lately, but I guess he was confused when he saw us talking outside the room with the door shut and didn't hear the meeting going on.

Tomorrow I'll be back at bld 41 after lunch to interview someone from the IronPython team for CodeCast, to talk about cool use case scenarios for coding with IronPython along with C# or VB. This might be of interest to VFP or ex-VFP developers who use .NET.

The only cool new gadget I've got in a while is a nice small microphone for the iPhone called Mikey, made by Blue Microphone. I got it at Fry's. http://amzn.com/B001FBL2SW. I now use it with my iPhone to record in-person CodeCast interviews.

Speaking of CodeCast shows, tomorrow morning at 8:00am I'm scheduled to host a CodeCast recording with Markus Egger (who just arrived in Austria), Rod Paddock, and Rick Strahl (assuming he gets up by 8am in Oregon). The topic is 10 Years of CODE Magazine.

>Ken, you just like to have the latest and greatest gadget!! <g>
