This was promised by Robert Green before Devdays. He said MS would first launch ads on VS, then each of the products would get their own ads and if I recall correctly, he said VFP would be first!

Hey Paul, I'm with you buddy! I've started working with VB, doing some vba, vbscript and javascript as well. I agree we need to use Bill's model for defeating the others - embrace and conquer!< G > Actually, VB's got some things I like and I've even seen an Access widget or two that I liked (of course I wouldn't use it for anything substantial.) However, if that's what someone wants there app written in, why not? I usually show them some sample forms written in each and then let them pick their poison. They ALWAYS choose Fox.

Another thing I've started doing is surfing the Access news groups and answering threads regarding size and performance issues with - MS has a wonderful product that can handle fairly large datasets with relative ease, and you don't have to pay for licenses.
