I do not see that. I have:

and

Microsoft .NET Framework
Version 3.5 SP1

I see however that there is a Team Systems 2008 Development Edition installed in the list of Installed products.

I have never used the command window. I have found it in the View/Other Windows. When I try to run devenv /setup, it says that Command "devenv" is not valid.
