Do you have Universal Thread as a forum in the list of forums for participation? This can be configured at http://www.levelextreme.com/DataEntryMemberUpdateForum.aspx.

If yes, then, when you create a new thread and change the forum selection, do you see the category list being updated? If yes, when selecting Universal Thread, the category you are looking should be there. Otherwise, if the category is not being updated, it is because your browser and/or your PC has a security in place which would forbids the use of DHTML and so on.
