No. I am using Opera 9.52 build 10108
I don't intend to upgrade it in the near future. (I can't stand their frequncy of update after update)

No. With IE7, I don't have the same problem when I vist UT forum and exit IE.

If yes, when selecting Universal Thread, the category you are looking should be there. Otherwise, if the category is not being updated, it is because your browser and/or your PC has a security in place which would forbids the use of DHTML and so on.
I will check it out with my firewall setting.
