That's not the kind of response that will get you friends. Stop fighting Vista/Win7 and use them as they were designed. In 2001, when XP was released, Microsoft told us to not put files in the root folder. They told us not to run as Administrator, but to run as a Standard User. With Vista and Win7, they are enforcing that. Take the advice others have given you instead of fighting back at it.
