Like you, they are struggling and there is a lot of competition out there from free sites so I'm not sure there really is much more you could do except to provide some service that the free sites do not and it has to be one that folks think they cannot live without - even during the tough economic times. I couldn't count the number of folks who are without jobs and the businesses that have closed.
