It can be much less of a problem if you act to control the borders. It can be much more of a problem if you deliberately act to NOT control the borders as the Messiah is doing (see DOJ vs Arizona).

You mean like Reagan did with amnesty? Reagan opened the damndoor, and now it can't be closed. Reagan sent the message "If you can get into the US and stay here uncaught long enough, eventually you'll be legal".

First of all I personnally like what the AZ Gov did with that law. She sent a message that enough is enough. It'a about damn time. Problem is, she overstepped her authority. It's not the states place to enforce immigration. I also agree that some might walk away from the lawsuit with the idea that Obama doesn't care about illegal immigration. Bear in mind that this is an election year, and no government official has in the past or will in the future come close to touching this issue in an election year.
