They have been offered alternative locations with NY help. Nope - they want to keep showing how Americans will let them rub our noses in their victory, while getting a strategic location to plan, supply, and implement future attacks.

The name of the mosque is the name they gave one in Europe to symbolize a great victory centuries ago. 9/11 was a vistory for Islam. The fact that Americans are stupid enough to let them continue a war against us while we preach sensitivity and tolerance (ie cowardice since we will not defend ourselves) is a massive Islamic victory.

Nobody is going to protect America except Americans. Are we ready to surrender?
