I'm using just a plain default mouse driver and I've seen it times and times over (even in UT Nav). Not sure if it was only in VFP, but it surely involved VFP. Also, some other strange behavior (maybe related to this, I didn't record the way it happens, but usually after exiting some VFP app) is that left click on the desktop or Explorer window behaves as a rightclick. I don't mind getting a shortcut menu on every icon - one of the options is always an alias for a double click - but I'd hate it if I had to explain it to the users.
