I'm trying to get the datepicker Activex control to function and when I bind the control to a date field and run the form I'm getting the following error "Ole lDispatch exception code 0 from DTPicker: A date was specified that does not fall within the MinDate and MaxDate properties..." which is absurd because the default Min and Max dates are 01/01/1600 and 01/01/9999 respectively.
