I went to a sensational user group meeting in late July. One of the things the speaker mentioned was his shop does almost 100% Silverlight development these days. So I guess the laggards among us can lose the thought that it's bleeding edge or not ready for prime time.

Another thing I learned is WPF and Silverlight are sort of converging, one aimed at the desktop and the other at the web. All the more reason to learn them.

So now I just need to learn WPF, WCF, and of course WTF ;-)
