1. I Have Build the EXE with and Without debug info !
2. I dont include new ODBC drivers !
3. Yes, i include reports, but they have been there all the time !

But, it gets better ... somethimes the compression ratio (in zip file) is, lets say 0.2% , then i redo the EXE (without coding a line) and i get 10.8%, and the process of compressing and building goes on.
Usualy i get 0.2%, but sometimes i get diferent values!
(in setup too!)
