When I did some routine testing terminating the app this way caused another error and didn't close the application. The scheduler didn't generate an error and considered the job still running.

What kind of error are the VFP programs encountering? Are they:

- VFP errors that can be trapped within VFP, so your error handler can record the specifics and exit gracefully? or

- Hard crashes / C5-type errors generated by Windows, that force the VFP apps to close?
