For some reason VFP9 doesn't start. Here's what happened:

1. Start VFP9
2. DO application from command window
3. After a while application is not responding. The only solution was to close VFP9 from Task manager
4. When I try to start VFP9 again, the intro window flashes for a second then nothing happens. (VFP9.exe shows as a service in Task Manager) but it doesn't really open.

I'm using XP. Rebooting the computer didn't help.
