>>I have so far not found any use for the Task Pane Manager in Visual FoxPro, and close it as soon as I start Visual FoxPro. Does anybody else find it useful, and actually uses it?

>I use the Environment Manager in it all the time. I tend to work on a lot of different projects and it works well for making it easy to find/open/set pathing/etc. for them.
I use a custom menu (I add it to the end of the sysmenu after the ones I added for pdf books and links, etc) that has all of my primary projects and environment settings set in it. I just click on the menu and choose the one I want to work on. It's just been a personal preference of mine.
