>I saw that one, it was really great. I used to be a DJ at some local discotheques in the 1970's, so this documentary is a MUST for me.

I was never a DJ, but this movie is truly a gem amongst the paste. It's a joyous movie, but at the same time, it's a very sad commentary on how those guys were treated. Imagine Jamerson having to buy his own ticket just to sit in the nosebleed section. How crappy is that?! I loved this doc. I've watched it probably a half dozen times now , and I say that even with the inclusion of Bootsy Collins (for some ungodly reason) in the mix.

Joan Osborne's rendition of "What Becomes of the Broken Hearted" is worth the price of admission.
