It's nothing to do with your machine, just one of those VFP peculiarities that never will be fixed. Sort of like the irritating Find dialog focus issues. ;-) It doesn't happen unless you're dragging things around so if it really annoys you, consider a second monitor so you can keep the culprit windows static on one of the screens. Alternatively you can drag projects to the toolbar and turn off dockable for the rest.
