It's nothing to do with your machine, just one of those VFP peculiarities that never will be fixed. Sort of like the irritating Find dialog focus issues. ;-) It doesn't happen unless you're dragging things around so if it really annoys you, consider a second monitor so you can keep the culprit windows static on one of the screens. Alternatively you can drag projects to the toolbar and turn off dockable for the rest.

Darn. I guess I am one of the unfortunate ones huh? A lot of googling about this yielded more happy stories than sob stories like mine.
