We have a client site that seems to be losing a candidate index in one of the tables. It has happened three times now (over the past two months) and I am baffled--what could possibly cause a table to lose a tag? Has anyone seen this type of behavior?

The client's operations is a 24/7 deal and the only time the table and its cdx are opened exclusively are at 2:00 in the morning, when users log off and a separate exe does some importing from another system.

Any thoughts / suggestions / debugging tips are most welcome! TIA.
