>>I'd be thrilled to see any of these smartphones reliably handle phone calls where all the calls started with "hello" and ended with "goodbye" and didn't require multiple "hello? are you still there?"'s in the middle. I remember a time when telephones actually handled calls reliably.
LOL... thanks for the laugh on a Friday morning! Not sure how much is down to network overloading as minutes and data consumption increases... next we'll discover that all this wireless really is bad for you and the new WP will be a wired circular dial Bakelite model with no electronic RF and no exposure to plastic toxins. LOL.
"... They ne'er cared for us
yet: suffer us to famish, and their store-houses
crammed with grain; make edicts for usury, to
support usurers; repeal daily any wholesome act
established against the rich, and provide more
piercing statutes daily, to chain up and restrain
the poor. If the wars eat us not up, they will; and
there's all the love they bear us."
-- Shakespeare: Coriolanus, Act 1, scene 1
