I am amazed at the number of folks I come across who consider the political pundits on all channels as news programs......

There was a time when CNN first aired that the CNN channel really did cover world news 24x7. Headline news only ever covered what it considered to be "top stories." Somewhere along the lines that changed though and all channels just keep regurgitating the same stories (with their spin on it but the spin is pretty obvious) over and over again. Even the spanish language (broadcast in other countries) do it now - they used to be my "go to channels" for other news and now I see the same stories with a definite spin on them...the BBC channels have started doing it as well...
