Al,

Done what you said, he's created a new user which seems fine.

The other error that coming up is:

Script Error: An error has occurred in the script on this page.

Line: 30
Char: 3
Error: Error in loading DLL
Code: 0
URL: file:///Program%20Files%20(x86)/Dell%20Support%20Center/sscommon/common/inc/ss_shellinclude.js

Do you want to continue running scripts on this page?

Yes No

He could run CHKDSK in a command window (by default it runs in read-only mode). If it reports problems, he should probably back up his important files, then run CHKDSK /F and restart the computer.
