Thanks for the link. She does seem a little difficult, and maybe overstating her contribution to the books, but the behavior of the family is abominable. Give her a fair chunk of the estate and live happily the rest of your lives on the unearned remainder, you ungrateful buggers.

Moral of the story: make a will, and update it if circumstances in your life change tangibly. You never know what bullet might have your name on it, stealing a phrase from Charles.
